As our ERA Prometheus is being crowd-funded on Kickstarter, a pre-order on this site will guarantee you receiving one regardless of what happens on Kickstarter. The estimated timeline for which you will receive your timepiece is late March / early April.
By pre-ordering, you will automatically be signed up to receive details on the progress of the Kickstarter and more -- allowing you to participate in the final design of the wooden box that will house your timeless timepiece and more.
You may cancel your pre-order at any time before it ships, and after it ships, the rules regarding refunds default to our regular return policy -- which is hassle-free returns for 90 days after shipment date.
All you need to do is contact us at support@eratimepieces.com for an RMA number and then make sure you have sufficient insurance to cover the chance that the post office loses your watch. Once we have received the watch, we will process a full refund to the payment method on file within 3 business days.
