The ERA Aion is handmade out of one singular piece of Sapphire crystal, about the size of a baseball.  Master Sapphire craftsmen spend an average of 200+ hours to make ONE flawless Sapphire case.

If the angle of any of the nooks or curves is off by even 1 degree, the entire case must be discarded and the work must start again from scratch.

The entire case is hollowed out and turned into one cohesive piece of Sapphire art with no seams or blemishes anywhere.

It's no wonder that ALL true Sapphire Tourbillons in the world have cost a minimum of $150,000+ USD until the ERA Aion.  Estimates are that fewer than 300 units of Sapphire Tourbillons exist in the world across EVERY single watch brand.

Completely designed from scratch in to maximize the transparency of our Sapphire case, our ERA-005 Calibre Tourbillon movement comes with all the hallmarks you would expect from a truly rare mechanical masterpiece.  

The ERA-005 comes with a full-featured Double Barrel Tourbillon movement that gives it a staggering 70+ hour power reserve.

Every single component that can be made transparent including the front and back of the movement has been custom-made from Sapphire crystal.  

At the 9 o'clock position, a completely customized ERA Tourbillon cage has been carefully constructed from scratch to be completely symmetrical in weight, as even a fraction of a gram of unbalanced weight would lead to a non-functioning Tourbillon timepiece.

The end result is a perfect movement that is truly worthy of being installed in the perfect case.
